I have never been more proud of a team in my high school career than I was last night. This team battled like no other, overcoming some tough situations and coming out on top!

I don't know what happened tonight, but I played like I have never played before. I am so glad that I was able to help out my team and be a part of the amazing win as well as making history at SB-L. Back-to-back state appearances is something that has never been done at SB-L, and I am so happy I got to be a part of both years.
Before the game, I got a text from a friend who has regrets of not giving it his all senior year, and he told us to leave it all on the field and do whatever it takes. This was in the back of my mind all night... if this would be the last time I play softball, I was going to do everything I could to have no regrets, left over feelings, or what if's.
This game was the MOST fun I have ever had playing softball, and I cannot wait to keep on riding with my team at state. This is the best battle I have ever seen this team fight through, and it was absolutely a full on team effort. We are a softball family, and we showed that last night. Whenever someone was struggling, the rest of us dug a little deeper to pick up the slack. That is what great teams do. I am so proud to be a Warrior. Love you girls!<3
